But but but... you could just ignore it, however, the bar must be open or closed.
Not really. Can a consumer confuse a shoe, a Nation, and a luxury car? No. Litigation is pointless here. Can a consumer confuse two cars? Yes, so sue away.I don't buy the "Protect our brand" claim when they name their product after an Island nation. If they had made a Porche Uerarug, or something random, and someone else used it, then sure.

Well, you need water which is exceedingly scarce in parts of the world and elevation (unless you intend to make some very large water towers). It is a great solution in some areas, but 99% it is not.We need solid state energy storage, almost certainly. There are many, many ways to store energy mechanically, but they tend to have a worse energy density than say a capacitor or battery. The most promise is in supercaps and some recent advances in battery technology, Potentially, a combination of the two may yield a sustainable and robust system of energy storage. Lots of groups are checking out such leads.Lets hope some will play out..
Spore says Hi. Actually, I don't even think that was this bad...!

This kind of thing happens more often than you would think. You would be surprised how many "security consultants" used to be just like these guys. They obviously have a very useful skill-set and if they are able to hack these computer systems and reverse engineer the credit card encoding they would make a damn fine addition to the company's security team.?

Tiptup300 is right. It's been over 10 years since the N64 came out and emulation for it still isn't perfect. The emulator makers have mastered everything up to SNES and Genesis but everything after is spotty.N64 and PS1 are still very glitchy (Saturn is non-existent) and PS2 and newer just isn't there yet. It must be much tougher to emulate polygon-capable systems. |
